Our Process

Web Design Evolutions believes in a simple and linear process.

The process is as follows:

Phase1- Information and Assets collection phase

Once we have determined what is desired by you the customer, and agree on a price based on the Quote given, we proceed with the phase of gathering photos, logos, slogans, domain name, hosting and anything related to your business that you will want included in the design of your website. Our team designers collaborates with you to determine all the details related to the design. This ensures that the project begins with a common understanding of the objectives of website.

Phase2- First Design Draft is submitted

After all assets have been collected, we dive straight into the design process by creating the very first draft of the design. The 1st draft will be submitted to the client for approval within two weeks. The client will have an opportunity for feedback and that feedback will be implemented in the 2nd draft.

Phase3- Revisions

In this phase a second Design Draft is created based off the first draft and the feedback from the client. Each revision ensures that the subsequent draft is better than the earlier versions. After revisions, the draft begins to take form and the final version is set to be published.

Phase4- Finalize & Approve the Design Draft

The final design draft is the result of previous improvements. If the client gives the approval that all specifications have been met in the web design, the next steps is the gathering of any other graphics that the client wants on the website.

Phase5- Site goes live!

Once the web design is reviewed and approved by you, we upload the website to the hosting server of your choice. Congratulations!!!
